Our GT4594DL water-cooled turbocharger is a dedicated replacement part for the original turbo of Caterpillar C13 engine equipped on CAT345D excavators.
Adopting water cooling structure design, this turbo has better high temperature resistance compared with ordinary air-cooled turbos and can maintain stable boosting performance under continuous high-load operation of excavators. All core parts are processed by precision casting and CNC machining. Each finished product passes dynamic balance calibration, air tightness inspection and high temperature aging test to avoid turbo oil leakage, power drop and abnormal noise.
We use standard shockproof export cartons for packaging to protect goods during long-distance ocean transportation, and provide stable mass supply for global excavator repair shops, engineering equipment service companies and parts distributors.
